Fix a trusted site that broke, stale lists, or protection that will not stay on.
A site I trust stopped working — what do I do?
Open Activity to find the blocked domain, and only when you recognize it, add an allowed exception in Filters. If it is still unreachable, refresh your blocklists in Filters and check that the right resolver is selected in DNS Resolver.
Protection will not stay on — how do I fix it?
iOS can pause or restart Lava's on-device network extension during system updates, VPN profile changes, or network switches, so reopen the app and restart protection from Guard. The VPN profile iOS asks about is expected and stays on your phone — confirm Guard shows Protected after you switch it back on.
It is still broken — how do I get help?
Email support@lavasecurity.app with your app version, iOS version, device model, and a short description of the problem. Leave out passwords, full browsing history, and sensitive screenshots; anything you choose to include in the message will be received by Lava.
